Welcome to www.littleleafboutique.co.uk. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General

1.1. This website is operated by Little Leaf Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Leaf Boutique.

1.2. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

1.3. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Products and Services

2.1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

2.2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

2.3. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

2.4. We have the right to substitute your order with something similar if a particular product is unavailable.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

3.2 Please note that all of our products are carefully grown and prepared in order to ensure the highest quality. As a result, there may be a short wait time before your order is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we handcraft each order with care.

3.3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3.5. We accept payments through the website. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer, please get in touch via the contact details to complete this. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods.

3.6 All orders will be sent out on a Tuesday only. This is due to all microgreens being harvested fresh for delivery on the Monday.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

4.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 10 days, subject to availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and circumstances beyond our control.

4.3. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

4.4 Once your order has been delivered, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product is stored appropriately. To maintain optimal freshness and quality, products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us immediately and we can process a refund, subject to our Return Policy.

5.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must clearly state with picture evidence what you are unsatisfied with. There also must be satisfactory evidence that products are damaged, and are no longer appropriate to consume.

5.3 To be eligible for a refund, you must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any reports after that will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Little Leaf Boutique or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

7.2. In no case shall Little Leaf Boutique, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Allergies & Liability

8.1 Microgreens are grown in environments that may contain allergens. We do not currently grow any of the 14 allergens, however, please get in touch if you have any queries about allergies outside of these.

8.2. We are not liable for any allergic reactions unless this is caused by mislabelling.

9. Subscriptions

9.1 We offer a subscription box of £15. This can be delivered, weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Inside will include 3 salad mixes. Once you subscribe, this will be rolling each month.

9.2 To cancel your subscription we need 15 working days notice as each box is grown to order.

9.2. To modify your subscription, please email on littleleaforders@gmail.com. Modifications need to be reported by Sunday evening, 7pm. Depending on your modification, there may be a short wait if it is required to grow some different varieties fresh for you.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
